Workshop suitable for parents and early educators (pre school and primary) REading a storybook is not just about the text. There are many skills involved. Learn simple strategies which will enhance oral language opportunities with children.

Every adult should have these skills in their toolkit!

LiteracyLiteracy - Lets Look at What's Involved

The basic foundation of literacy begins with oral language. How well do you know the literacy continuum and where are students on it? Learn about crucial milestones and how to easily assess and programme for gaps in students' processing systems: weaving this into everyday curriculum activities.

Numeracy & Literacy GamesGames to Develop Literacy & Numeracy

Why do we just buy books for reading? There are so many wonderful games available to develop oral language and literacy. The problem is, which ones to choose? How to modify them for students with difficulties with following the rules. I have sourced and placed them in a development sequence from early childhood to middle school.
